Gift Aid enables us to claim back basic rate tax on the amount you donate. This means for every £1.00 you donate, we get an extra 25p, helping your donation to go even further. It does not incur any additional costs to you or KOST. However, you must pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year (6 April one year to 5 April the next) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all the charities and Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASC’s) that you donate to will reclaim on your gifts for that tax year.
